Business Analyst
Product Owner
Problem first. Then the solution. AI helps with both.
I dig into what users really need and turn it into solutions a team can understand and build.
At a glance
- 4+years in business analysis
- 8countries where I supported roll-outs
- 3enterprise industries — banking, insurance, energy
What I bring
For software houses
With me, clients feel understood and the team knows what to build.
For product companies
I make sure we build the right thing.
With me, clients feel understood and the team knows what to build.
- Scope you can actually estimate. From discovery and presales (RFP requirements, backlogs, estimates) I know how to turn a client's vague needs into a scope everyone can sign off on.
- A process that fits the client. A bank needs something different from an energy company. I tailor workshops and artefacts to the client's organisation and to the team that will use them.
- AI in delivery, used wisely. I co-build agent skills that automate parts of the SDLC. Docs get drafted faster, and a human still checks them.
I make sure we build the right thing.
- User-centred discovery. Service design and design thinking in practice: discovery workshops and onboarding journeys built for conversion and a good experience.
- From insight to backlog. I turn what we learn from users into user stories and acceptance criteria ready to build, with hands-on proxy PO experience in backlog prioritisation.
- Structure without corporate weight. I bring the structure of business analysis, but only as much as the product needs. Artefacts are products too.
How I work
To me, a process map or a user story is a product too, and it has users. So I first check who'll use it, then choose the form.
